You would.

Don't take it personally, that's my new comeback to everything. It works. Try it. NOW.

wait a minute, I heart polka dot shoes, Kendi - we're gunna have to talk. This is a serious issue. Seriously serious.

Oh and, you would, zoom tube.

Other things I'm looking forward to: green grass, puppy dogs, chipotle burritto, movie theaters, mom hugs, sprouts on sandwitches, driving, cute shoes-obviously

i don't really understand the cute shoe drive of girls. quality is more important to guys, even if they look stylish. do they have an afghani equivalent of Payless?

What are sandwitches? Is that some kind of satanic beach cult?

don't pick on my spelling weakness. I just want a burrito

You Would...

Huh, that's does feel good.

Jo, we will have to talk. I mean, cute shoes rock, but polka dot. I'm sorry, I am so anti-polka dot, though not as anti-polka doat as I am clear plastic high heel. I just think nothing says streewalker like a clunky clear plastic heel, especially the ones that light up...(I'm shaking my head in disturbed thought right now cause I saw those at the aforementioned payless)

However, if you pair them with a cape, it's alllll good. Capes fix everything.

Dear Jo's Dad- you would.

hahaha. Did she actually say zoom tube? I'm already forgetting this story! Come home soon!

Oh, and look at the camper shoes: there are polka dots! And slightly mismatching shoes. I heart the Spanish.

ok so i know that i'm out of the inside cool group and i don't get the zoom tube joke. but just fyi a zoom tube in my personal knowledge is a long skinny fishing lure used to catch larger fish. it's made so that when you reel it in it looks like it's swimming.

SANDWITCH!

you better get ready for some flats, skimmers, vans, keds, espadrilles, and wedges... cuz back here in the US... it's the 80s again on the feet.

At 3:01 PM, Blogger Chandster said...

word it totally is tiff. and also those dinky checkered shoes and neon colored shoes. and off the shoulder sweatshirts.
court i love your combat boots.

At 8:55 AM, Blogger jo portnoy said...

Court I will trade you these combat boots for red and white polka dot skimmers. BUT they must come with a matching scrunchie for my side pony-tail, otherwise no deal.
Tiff, you're going to have to help update, date or un-date (?)... 80s-ify my shoe wardrobe.

i'm having a hard time finding - for sale, in the store - brown shoes-to-wear-with-pants. that don't look like sneaks or 13-year-old-girl shoes or old lady shoes. i guess i could wear combat boots. do they come in brown?

This is a common dilemma. It's why you must wear gold shoes.

or flip flops...they match everything
