She can. And she did.
My hypotheses:
1) She won the Afghan lottery. And now has 12 camels (who I just found out have straight spines despite their awkward anatomy)
2) Her assignment has been relocated to a beach off the coast of Fiji. And she has been chosen to sport the new camo bikini.
3) They are allowing facial peircings in the armed forces.
4) She has been voted as the Valentine's Day Parade Princess on the base and gets to wear a heart shaped crown, change her name to Patricia and have one sailor as a slave for the day.
Di wins, it's #4.

I actually wrote the noises and saying them out loud made me giggle really hard so I thought I'd just share them. So, give it a chant.
